WHERE CAN I SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders can be shipped within the continental US - CANADA - EUROPE and the world.

HOW DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?
You'll automatically receive free standard shipping on all qualifying orders of $57 or more.

WHEN EXACTLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
When you enter your shipping address during checkout, each available shipping method will automatically update with estimated delivery dates. Once you select the shipping method and complete your order, the estimated delivery date will be listed in your order confirmation email.

CAN I CHECK ORDER STATUS OR TRACK SHIPPING?
You can check your order status anytime after it's placed. Tracking information will also be emailed to you when the order ships.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
The shipping address cannot be changed after an order has been shipped from our warehouse and the purchaser will still be responsible for the price of the item. Email us at info@plank-on.com for any shipping address changes before shipping has occurred or if you have any other questions.

WHAT IS THE PLANK-ON RETURN POLICY?
Returns may be accepted for Plank-On store credit for incorrect size. Defective items may be returned for exchange or full refund. All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.

Email info@plank-on.com with a screen shot of your order or simply include your name, address, order number, and item description in the email and add that to the package with the in-tact unused item for return. Plank-on LLC stands behind all its product quality and craftsmanship.
